Charter International Pictures & Entertainment, LLC was formed as a Nevada company primarily to acquire, develop and produce feature length motion pictures and television projects for the domestic and international markets. As an independent entertainment company, Charter focuses on mid-budget, high quality films where management believes the profit potential is high in relation to the risks.

With offices in New York and California, as well as in the UK, and employing some of the finest creative talent and legal representation in the industry, Charter International enjoys ongoing and ready access to all of the major players in the international entertainment business.

Charter International Pictures, Europe Ltd. In 1999, Charter established Charter International Pictures Europe, Ltd. Incorporated in England and Wales and with offices at the famed Shepperton Studios, Charter Europe is an independent English producer of films with legal access to favorable European filmmaking conditions. CIPE has forged various producing relationships in both the UK and the Continent to enable it to develop small and medium-budgeted film projects which can be physically produced in Europe and yet will be developed and produced by an American Producer with the creative vision and expertise to enable the projects to be introduced to and accepted by American studios, distributors and audiences.

In 2008 Charter established a new division -- the Desert Nights Group, Las Vegas -- for the purpose of developing and operating new projects and business ventures, diverse in nature but which in some manner focus upon or reflect the singularly exuberant Las Vegas attitude towards living...
